She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Woods and Lucille Woods (Westfall); and her husband Merrill E. "Chet" Davis. She is survived by: her daughter Sheila (Dave); her friends, Minster and Brenda Shepherd (Bill) of Westerville; her grandchildren, Emily Palmer (Andy), Jake Shepherd (Taylor) and Hunter Shepherd (Maddy); her great grandchildren, Hannah Palmer and Sophia Palmer; and her sister Almeda McAlexander of Sidney.
