She was predeceased by: her father Roy Smitley; her husband Charles F. Curtis; and her siblings, Melvin Smitley, Walker Smitley and Barbara Stonerock.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Curtis (Deedy) of Piqua and Jan Palmer (James) of Piqua; her grandchildren, Lindsey Penrod (Nate), Kelsey Duke (Cory), Andy Palmer (Emily), Kyle Palmer (Marie) and Eddie Palmer; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Jace, Aiden, Connor, Sophia, Audrey, Evan, Charlee, Kai, Beckett, Halle, Willow and Kate. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
