She was predeceased by: her parents, Cash Burnett and Liza Burnett (Miller); her son Andrew L. Wagner; and her grandson Andrew L. Wagner Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Missy St. Myers, Tammy Shaffer, Sherry Skeens and Pastor Gary; her daughter-in-law Mary Wagner of Piqua, OH; and her siblings, Virgil Burnett of Piqua, OH, Lonnie Burnett, Bobby, Larry, Lorretta Burnett and Betty Smith of Piqua, OH. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
