She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forsythe and Elsie Forsythe (Martz); and her siblings, Lewis Forsythe and Catherine Douglas. She is survived by: her daughters, Christina Kay Eilerman (Robert) of Ft. Loramie and Mary Ellen Martz (Randy) of Lockington; and her grandsons, Mark Eilerman (Rachel Vanderhorst), Matt Eilerman (Gwen) and Andrew Martz (Brittany). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
