He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorothy "Dot" Opp and Jack Neff. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Sweitzer and Jeri Sweitzer (Neff) of Piqua; and his grandparents, George, Mary Swetizer of Piqua, OH and Janice Neff of Greenville, OH. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
