It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Couchot of Piqua, Ohio, born in Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jean Couchot (Schneider) of Newport and Kenneth Couchot; his spouse Jean S. "Sandy" Johnston; his daughters, Ashley Young (Jeremy) of Piqua, Andrea Page (Brandon) of Piqua and Lindsey Chavers (Brian) of Troy; his stepson Jeffery Widener (Terry) of Abilene, Texas; and his siblings, Carl Couchot of Piqua, Wayne Couchot (Letty) of Piqua, Lester Couchot of Piqua, John Couchot, Jane Couchot and Susan Arthur. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
