She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Lyons and Thelma Lyons (Roegner); and her husband Warren O. Price, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard Price (Josephine) of Piqua, Walter Price (Runi) of Hawaii and Kimberly LaPorte of Connecticut. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fr. Angelo Caserta Tuition Assistance Fund or the Fr. Thomas J. Grilliot Scholarship Fund, both at 310 S. Downing St. Piqua, OH 45356.
