She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. Hardenbrook and Fay S. Hardenbrook (Anthony); her spouse C. Gaynor Millhouse; and her siblings, Reynold Hardenbrook and Brenda Wahler.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Millhouse of Celina, Kathy Black (Scott) of Piqua and Dan Millhouse (Julie) of Casstown; her grandchildren, Kaeli Black (Tyler Calloway), Abby Shively (Aaron), Justin Millhouse (Lindsey) and Lydie Millhouse (Marshall Keeler); her great grandchildren, Aubrie, GraceAnn, Nora and Mack; her brother Marvin Hardenbrook of Delaware; and also Stacy Hill of Bradford.
