She was predeceased by: her parents, George Monroe and Susan Monroe (Snyder); her spouse Harley Dulin; and her brother Greg Monroe. She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Mills (Mark) of Piqua and Carolyn "Scooter" Dulin of Piqua; her grandson Corrie Felver; and her great grandchild Maihya.
