She is survived by: her children, Murphy Howe (Michele) of Sidney, OH, Tim Howe (Michele) of Madison, WI, Cindy Byer of Troy, OH and Samantha Wormley of Troy, OH; her son-in-law Richard Payne of Troy, OH; her grandchildren, Jamie Merrell, Jeremiah Cottrell, Carol Howe, Timmy Howe, Cody Gordon, Logan Messer, Zachary Ball, Nathan Cavanaugh and Richard Alan Payne; her great grandchildren, Riley, Jameson, Jace, Jaxon and Lucas; and her siblings, Frankie Hernandez, David Hernandez, John Hernandez, Ramona Harvey and Francine Carmichael.
