It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lurena Elnor Tamplin of Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lester Langston; her husband Lowell Tamplin; her children, David Tamplin, Bobby Tamplin and Rita M. Reedy; and her siblings, Lester Langston (Sonny), Geraldine Langston, Florence Mowery and Hazel Harshman.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Elmahouli of Vandalia, OH, Elizabeth Tamplin of Piqua, OH, Gerald Tamplin of Troy, OH and Brian Tamplin of Freedom, IN; and her sister Kathryn Stanley of Columbus, IN. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
