He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Tamplin and Eva Tamplin (Shank); and his sons, David D. Tamplin and Bobby L. Tamplin. He is survived by: his spouse Lurena Tamplin (Langston); his children, Gerald Tamplin, Troy, Brian (Amy Tamplin), Jacqueline Elmahouli, Rita (Bill Reedy) and Elizabeth Tamplin; and his siblings, Eileen Levering, Goldie Herron and Robert Tamplin of Lakewood, WA.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
