He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Smith and Ethel Smith (McDowell); and his brothers, Warren, Kent and G. Ross Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Erin Smith of Mesa, AZ, Eric Smith (Allison) of Columbus, OH, Denver Smith (Andrea) of Piqua, OH and Hallie Barth (Eric) of Ft. Thomas, KY; and his grandchildren, Ashley Kennedy, Chelsea Michelson (Mason), Gabrielle Webb (Tyler), Isabelle Robison (Braydon), Lincoln, Levi, Clara, Corinna Smith, John, Drew and Fletcher Barth. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; also many other relatives and friends.
