He is survived by: his children, Raylene Jett of Centerville, OH, Christina Lee of Atlanta, GA, Tyler Jett of Greenville, OH, Channel Taylor of Greenville, OH and Anson Matthew of Sidney, OH; and his siblings, Ora Tipton of Piqua, OH, Irma Lee of Piqua, OH, Joseph Warner of Piqua, OH, Josephine Warner of Troy, OH, Denita Warner of Piqua, OH, Linda Faye Gray (Anthony) of Piqua, OH and Marle Warner of Piqua, OH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
