She was predeceased by: her parents, Harve Simpson and Ethel Simpson (Kite); her spouse Glenn O. Fulks; and her brothers, Armour and Walter Simpson.
She is survived by: her children, Lyall "Sonny" Fulks (Mindy) of Covington and Glenna Fulks (Michael Girouard) of Piqua; and her grandchildren, Matthew Fulks (Ali) of San Diego and Calif (Layne Fulks). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
