He is survived by: his parent Leo Glen Julian Sr. of New York; his wife Diana Julian (Lutz) of Piqua; his children, Glen Paul Julian of Greenville, Linda Mae Bruss of Greenville, Robert Leo Julian of Piqua, Jessica L. Smith of Piqua and Donald Leo Julian of Piqua; and his siblings, Lillian Sue Davis of Greenville, Randall Ragon of Lima, Larry Welch of Michigan and Sue Hall of Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
