He is survived by: his daughter Mandy; his son-in-law Rick Hole; his grandson Sam Hole; his stepchildren, Melissa Watterson and Gary Grisham Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Ariona, Ashlin, Shelby, Braydon, Chris, Colin and Kevin; and his nephew Paul (Karen). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law.
