She was predeceased by: her parents, John Welch and Fern Welch (Price); her husband Anthony W. "Bud" Gerzina; her grandsons, Anthony David and Michael Joseph; and her siblings, David Welch, Janette Hughes and Joann Webster.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Wolford (Skip) of Piqua, Catherine Kowalski (Tim) of Nashville, Tennessee and Greg Gerzina of Dallas, Texas; her grandchildren, Patrick Gerzina, Daniel Gerzina (Julia), Christopher Gerzina (Rebecca), Chip Wolford (Brianne) and Lara Wolford; and her great grandchildren, Trey, Ryan, Jack and Ava.
