He is survived by: his children, David Dowell of Piqua, OH, Kristin and Dustin Goings; his brothers, Dennis, Connie Dowell of Piqua, OH and Garry Dowell (John Spitler); and his grandchildren, Heather, Devon, Justin, Johnothan, Ashton and Dakota.
