He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenny Swartz and Eunice Swartz (Johnston); and his brother Gary Swartz. He is survived by: his brother Doug Swartz (Arlene) of Bradford; his niece Brooke Swartz; his nephew Michael Swartz; his aunt Juneta Swartz; his cousins, Diane "Billie" Kennedy, Ron Swartz and Janice Brittingham; and his daughter Jamie Brittingham.
