He is survived by: his wife Sandra Butcher; his daughters, Cindy Lumpkin (Mike) of Piqua, OH and Mindy Corpac (Rich) of Troy, OH; his sister Shirley Reiber Sidney (Ivan); his grandchildren, Ethan Garland, Cody Lumpkin, Cheyenne Lumpkin and Ashley Lumpkin; and his great grandchildren, Preston Lumpkin, Alayna Lumpkin and Nova Maurer.
