He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Low (Hensley). He is survived by: his father George Low of Piqua, OH; his son Nathan Low (Jessica) of Cincinnati, OH; his stepsons, Jesse Mendez (Dara) of San Diego, CA, Jose Mendez (Christina) of Piqua, OH and Julian Mendez (Sam) of Fulton, MO; his sister Carolyn Morgan (Ron) of Piqua, OH; his grandchildren, Alexis Low, Eric Low, Jason Sowers, Jesse Mendez, Jr., Javier Mendez, Joseph Mendez, Julius Mendez, Jacob Millet, Jackie Millet, Jazmine Millet, Jeremiah Millet, Tesla Hamman and Mason Camper; and his great grandchild Zayden.
