It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kimberly D. Hoffman of Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kimberly D. Hoffman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Clark and Martha Clark-Wall (Butt); her husband Rick Hoffman; her stepfather Lynnwood Wall; and her stepdaughter Rebeka Patterson.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Crystal Clark) and Matthew (Angella O'Reilly); her stepdaughters, Summer Davis Fish and Dawn Griner (Scott); her brothers, Kip Clark of Piqua and Robert Wall of Piqua; her grandchildren, Kaylee O'Reilly, Whitley Mershon (Tyler), Ryan Clark, Alainna O'Reilly (Devin) and Brennen Clark; and her great grandchildren, Zadrinn Clarke and Zinndric Clarke. She is also survived by 12 step grandchildren.
