He is survived by: his spouse Jean Ann Kelley; his children, Amanda Brown (Dustin) of Piqua and Adam Heath (Yonnie Witt) of Scottsdale, Arizona; his brother James Heath (Sherry) of Piqua; his grandson Cohen; his siblings-in-law, Bob Kelley (Reyma) of Florence, Arizona, Trudy Heath of Piqua and Toni Waldon (Mark) of Piqua; his stepsisters, Nancy Miller (Bill) of California, Sandy Biegas (Mike) of Indiana and Debbie Bystry of Michigan; and his pet Maximillion.
