He is survived by: his stepchildren, Nicole Sue Howell of South Vienna and Brad Allen Howell of Springfield; his siblings, Timothy Shane Taylor and Corena Ferne Taylor; and his stepsiblings, Jeremy Whiteted (Janet) and Sarah Whiteted.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests payment to the funeral home to offset costs.
