He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Palmer and Mary Palmer (Nehus); his son Jerad Palmer; and his brother Ronnie Palmer. He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Haunn (Val) of Delaware, Ohio; his daughter-in-law Monica Palmer of Piqua; his grandchildren, Justin Kossel, Eli Palmer, Madisyn Palmer and Max Haunn; his great grandchild Bentley; his brothers, Steve Palmer (Joyce) of Georgetown and Joe Palmer (Shirley) of West Union, Ohio; and his sister-in-law Linda Palmer of West Union, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
