She was predeceased by: her parents, Buck K. Perkins and Julia F. Perkins (Stoudt); her spouse Harm T. Nix; her children, Thomas Lee Clyne, Karen Pierson and Delores Nix; her siblings, Buck Perkins (Pat), Lee Perkins, John Perkins, Max Perkins (Ursula), Terry Perkins (Bessie) and Dorothy Perkins; and her grandchildren, Jeremy, Joseph and Sarah Perkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Kelly Perkins (Beverly Hanvey) of Decatur and Steve Perkins (Mary Ann) of Piqua; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Perkins of Piqua and Diana Perkins of Piqua. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren.
