It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen S. Forsythe of Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Stephenson and Caryl Stephenson (Fisher). She is survived by: her son Jerry Forsythe, Jr.; her brothers, Dan Stephenson, Don, Peg Stephenson and Tim Stephenson; her niece Brittney; her nephew Preston Stephenson; and her grandchildren, Kyle Martin, Alexis Conley, Alyssa Conley, Ashlin Conley, Leander Knapke, Caleb Wackler, Jonah Wackler, Wesley Langston and Ellie Langston.
