Judith Ann Baillie Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2019, at the age of 80, Judith Ann Baillie (Piqua, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil E. Jessup and Frances E. Jessup (McMaken); and her brother John A. Jessup Sr. Mrs. She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Baillie; her children, Tammy C. Elifritz Neves of Lockington, Bonny F. Elifritz of Brownsburg, Elizabeth "Betsy" Elifritz Bach (Jeff) of Debary, Florida and Charles "Clint" Baillie (Cherie) of Troy; her sister Randi Willcox (Wayne) of Savannah, Georgia; and her aunt Colleen Carroll of Springfield. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
