He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Kolter and Helen Kolter (Hemm). He is survived by: his wife Vicki B. Kolter (Bissett); his brother James; his sister-in-law Barbara Kolter; and his sister Jill Phillips of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
