It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J. DeWitt of Piqua, Ohio, born in Troy, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. DeWitt and Dallie DeWitt (Frost). He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Belisle of Piqua, Linda Carpenter (Jeff) of Piqua and Luann Bradley of Piqua; his grandchildren, Lindsay Braun (Luke), Ashley Whitney (Ryan), Hannah Carpenter, Libby Carpenter, Matt Bradley, Lauren Bradley and Samantha Bradley; and his siblings, Richard DeWitt (Donna) of Leesburg, Nancy Watkins (Doug) of Newark, Ben DeWitt (Sharon) of Melbourne Beach and Larry DeWitt (Sandy) of Springfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
