He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Frances Bowser, Sr. (Hughel); his stepdaughters, Charlene Howard and Billie Yount; and his siblings, Jerry Bowser, Barbara Staudt and Patricia Sweeney.
He is survived by: his spouse Vina M. "Marie" Bowser; his stepchildren, Marlene Jackson of Houston, OH and Jimmy; and his stepdaughter-in-law Jan Young of Piqua, OH. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
