He is survived by: his parents, Steve Bailey of Clarksville, TN. and Rhonda Bailey (Mayse) of Lockington; his close friend Jill Bailey (Gariety); his children, Bruce Bailey and Skylar Bailey of Piqua; his grandmother Ruby Mayse of Lockington; and his brother Keith Bailey (Rochelle) of Sidney. He is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
