He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Jay and Maggie Young (Helton); his daughters, Charlene Howard and Billie Yount; and his brothers, Brian Young, Raymond Young, Jim Young and Ray Young.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Young; his children, Marlene Jackson of Houston, OH and Jimmie Young (Jan) of Piqua, OH; and his siblings, Jay Roy Young of Piqua, OH, Edith Smith and Pearly Howard. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty five great-grandchildren.
