He is survived by: his children, Jerry, Jr. Plunkett (Sharon) of Fletcher, OH, Randy Plunkett (Missy) of Bradford, OH and Lori Nicodemus of Piqua, OH; his brothers, Fred Plunkett (Pauline) and Jim Plunkett (Virginia); his sister-in-law Beth Barnett of Piqua, OH; his grandchildren, Shawn Plunkett (Chasity), Travis Plunkett (Emily), Brittany Smith (Doug) and Chris Tabler (Natalie); and his great grandchildren, Carson Smith, Sylvie Tabler and Vayda Tabler.
