With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason Schwartz (Piqua, Ohio), who passed away on May 4, 2018 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy Schwartz, Mary Schwartz and Stella Hull. He is survived by: his parents, Paul and Tammy; his wives, Teresa K. Schwartz (Keown) and Sara Schwartz of Clarksville, TN; his granddaughter Adelina Schwartz; and his grandfather John Hudson of Piqua. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
