She is survived by: her pet Jackson; her former husband Mark Gouldburn of Dayton, OH; her son Zach Gouldburn (Alicia) of Kettering, OH; her granddaughter Mackenzie Gouldburn of Dayton, OH; her sister Toni Marie Smith (Charles "Nick") of Sarasota, Florida; and her sister-in-law Anne Schultz of Dayton, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
