She was predeceased by: her mother Sylvia M. Duncan; and her husband George Polhamus. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Spruance (John) of Piqua, Deb Elliott (Barry) of Jackson Center, Vick MacKellar (John) of Piqua and John Polhamus (Jamie) of South Carolina. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

Memorial contribution may be made to Hospice of Miami Valley, 322 W Main St Suite B, Troy, OH 45373.
