She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Burkholder and Cleora Burkholder (Amstutz); her former husband Bobby R. Van Hoose; her sons, Daniel Van Hoose, Timothy Nagy and Aaron Nagy; and her siblings, Frank "Bud" Burkholder and LaDonna Meyer.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis J. Nagy, Sr.; her children, Kenneth Van Hoose (Julie) of Pomeroy, Amy Boutwell (David) of Piqua, Joel Van Hoose (Gregory) of Piqua, Dennis Nagy (Lisa) of Maumee, Anthony Nagy of Kalida and Christopher Nagy (Kim) of Midlothian, TX; and her siblings, Roger Burkholder of McGuffey and Mary Ellen Ludwig of Findlay. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
