He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul, Albert, Joseph, Mildred Heitkamp and Rogene Brown; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Stevens and Russell Brown.

He is survived by: his spouse Barbara F. Fergus; his siblings, Bob and Janet Stevens of Lompoc, California; and his sister-in-law Rosemary Heitkamp of New Bremen. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to donors charity of choice.
