He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Burch and Linda S. Groves. He is survived by: his siblings, David E. II, Ofilia Burch of Piqua, OH, Thomas "Butch" Slife of Anna, OH, Stephanie Groves (Michael Bryant) of Piqua, OH and Leah (Jeff Hines); his stepmother Lucy Burch; and his pets, Bella and Miracle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
