Clay, Bridget Witten of Piqua, OH, Scott Evans of Dayton, OH, Monty Wells of Columbus, OH, Marcia Cook of Dayton, OH, Talisha Evans of Newark, OH, Jamie Evans of Miami, FL and Talon Clemons of Huber Heights, OH; and his brothers, Frank Evans of Las Vegas, NV and Everett Evans of Springfield, OH. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
