He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gambill and Annie Gambill; his wife G. Evangeline Gambill (Snider); his son Dave Gambill; his son-in-law Chuck Flaharty; and his grandson James Robert "Rob" Lawrence.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Flaharty of Piqua, Jim Gambill of Piqua and Kevin Gambill (Jan) of Arlington, Texas; his grandchildren, Melissa Lawrence (Matt) of Piqua, Carly Wagner (Todd) of Sarasota, Matthew Gambill of Piqua, Corey Gambill of Troy and Cole Gambill of Troy; his great grandchildren, Zach Lawrence (Becca) of New Albany, Austin Lawrence (Taylor) of Piqua, Mara Lawrence (Andrew) of Piqua, Cody Lawrence (Allysa) of Piqua, Blake Wagner of Sarasota and Grace Wagner of Sarasota Florida; his great great grandchildren, Andrew, Knox, Millie and Lainee; and his siblings, Pearl Gambill (Mary), Hearl Gambill (Dolly), Vonnie Gambill (Caroleene) and Ronnie Gambill (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
