It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Louden (Piqua, Ohio), who passed away on February 29, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph B. Louden and Grace B. Louden (Norris); and his siblings, Harold Louden and Gloria Arthur. He is survived by: his nephews, William E. Arthur of Piqua, OH and Dan A. Arthur of Piqua, OH; and his niece Reta Baxter of Florida.
