He is survived by: his wife Connie (Martindale); his daughters, Pam Koons of Lancaster, OH and Carole Pence of Beavercreek, OH; his stepsons, Andrew Jeffers (Tammy) of Springdale, PA and Keith Jeffers (Virginia) of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Tyler Pence, Nicholas Pence, Jason Koons, Priscilla Leathers, John Jeffers, James Jeffers and Owen Jeffers; and his great grandchildren, Caitlyn Koons and Tyler Koons.
