He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Krise and Alice Noraetta Clymer (Combs); his wife Phyllis A. Boyce; his stepmother Gloria June Heckathorn (Foust); his son-in-law William A. Elliott; his siblings, Constance Sue "Connie" Bitner and James Fredrick "Fred" Krise; and his brother-in-law G. David Boyce.
He is survived by: his children, Kim R. Elliott, Mona R. Walters (William R.) and James David "J. D." Krise (Sally E.); his grandchildren, Rochelle L. O'Neil (Christopher), Melissa M. Walters (Jeremy Bollinger), Kristina R. Rather (Sohail), Julia J. Neier (Teyler), Brian M. Krise and Caleb N. Krise; his great grandchildren, Hailey (Isaac Watson), Alexis, Nikolai, William, Lillian, Sophie, Tucker, Oakley, Gabriella, Audrey, James and Elias; his great great grandchild Rosalynne; and his sister-in-law Neva Boyce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes & Crematory (1315 W Lincoln Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
