She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold E. Jess and Annajane Jess (McVety); and her brother Harold Lee Jess. She is survived by: her husband Randy M. Howard; her children, Timothy, Aimee Howard, Angela, Bryan Lloyd of Fort Wayne, IN, Jonathan and Lindsay Howard; and her grandchildren, Reagan, Bethany Howard, Olivia, Kiva, Hannah Lloyd, Kaleb Karnhem and Emma Howard.
