He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Smith (Mike Foster) of Piqua and Loretta Fine (Mike) of Piqua; his grandchildren, Jessica Locker, Zachary Smith (Kristie), Katie Branson (Matt Cassiere), Teyler Ault (Paul), Brooks Smith, Faith Branson, Beth Reeder (Jarrett) and Eric Fine (Jeana); his great grandchildren, Michael, Joseph, Mason, Elliott, Emmett, Bentley, Sebastian, Ryan, Bailey, Julian and Owen; and his brother Gene Spurlock (Jane Washington) of West Alexandria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
