She was predeceased by: her siblings, John Boylan and Mary Metz. She is survived by: her spouse Louis L. Mikolajewski; her daughter Susan McLain (Roger) of Piqua; her grandchild Brittany Thiebeau (Nicolas) of Louie McLain; her great grandchildren, Lucas Thiebeau, Emma Thiebeau and Elayna Thiebeau; her brother Tom Boylan of Saugatuck; and her nephews, Tom Metz of Piqua, Brad Boylan and Jeff Boylan.
