He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. and Blanche A. Christy Sr. (Reeder); his wife Anna Marie Wack; his children, Theresa Marie Christy, Richard Christy and Thomas Christy; his son-in-law Wade Bengston; and his sister Norma Jordan.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Miracle of Dayton, Katherine Bengston of San Diego, California, Gerald Christy (Kathy) of Piqua, John Christy (Chris) of Buckeye and Donald Christy of Sante Fe; his daughters-in-law, Deb Christy of Snellville and Patty Christy of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Steve Christy, Sal Christy (Heather), Dan Miracle, Ryan Christy (Jessie Rushing), Sean Christy (Breanna), Jason Manning (Emily), Christine Howard (Kent) and Tiffanie Lopatin (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Owen Christy, Bryce Christy, Austin Christy, Sam Christy, Cooper Christy, Kaitlyn Manning, Kayla Manning, Lauren Manning, Riley Sailors, Marisa Verde, Sam Lopatin and Ben Lopatin.
